Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are dependent on the total spend of your purchase. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed the following business day.
Over $45 spend:
- Standard – 2-5 business days - free
- Priority – 1-3 business days - $8.25
Under $45 spend:
- Standard – 2-5 business days - $4.95
- Priority – 1-3 business days - $8.25
USPS Standard shipping
Standard shipments are sent through USPS, packages usually reach their destination in 2-5 business days but can occasionally take longer. In most cases, the expected delivery date provided at checkout will reflect a variance in delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

USPS Priority Mail
Priority shipments are sent through USPS Priority Mail. Packages usually reach their destination in 1-3 business days but occasionally take longer. Please note that Priority Mail shipments may be delivered on Saturdays.

UPS Ground
In some cases (based on total weight of the parcel exceeding 1lb we may use UPS Ground service. Packages usually reach their destination in 3-5 business days but can occasionally take longer.
Where do we ship to?
The United States only.
Places there may be challenges shipping to:
Military Bases and APOs: If you are an active service member stationed at an APO we will try our best to get your order to you, however, we are sometimes unable to support shipping to your location. If we are unable to deliver to you we will offer you a full refund.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
When will the order be shipped?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11am PST will be processed the following business day.
Tracking your shipment
You will receive an email containing your tracking number when the order has been shipped. There will be a link in that email to track your package, please note it may take several hours for the logistics company to update the tracking information.
If you are a registered with atomstudios.com, you can also find your shipping information by logging into your account and viewing your past orders.

Issues with your shipment
If you have issues with your shipment, we are happy to help but please note we often only have access to the sane tracking information that you have.
Please note that couriers are currently experiencing limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. Please allow for 1-2 days of extended transit time due to these potential delays before reaching out to our support team support@atomsudios.com
Lost Package
atom studios are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit, either when shipped to you or when shipped from you to us during the Returns process.
Any claims should be filed with the respective courier service.
