Atom Studios Returns, Refunds and Claims Policy
This policy applies only to items purchased directly from atomstudios.com. If you purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to ship the item back to us.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in original packaging, including accessories and manuals.

If an item appears used or can’t be restocked, we’ll notify you and offer two options:

Return the item to you (shipping costs apply)

Have us safely dispose of it (no refund is due)
Return Options
Eligible returns can be refunded in the form of:
- Original payment *
- Store credit
- Exchange
Final-sale items are not eligible for return.
* Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be fully processed and a refund / credit to be issued.
Package Protection & Free Return Shipping (Optional at Checkout)
By selecting Free Return + Package Protection at checkout, you get:
✔ Free Return Shipping
- We’ll cover your return shipping if you request an exchange, refund or store credit
If you didn’t select Package Protection, return shipping costs are your responsibility. You will be able to purchase return label through our website and receive the PDF via email upon completing the return/claim form.
✔ Coverage for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, submit a claim within 30 days of Purchase
- If approved, we’ll send a replacement or offer store credit/refund if the item is out of stock
